How it works
confirmation of your order
When you have completed your order in the basket, you will receive a confirmation email as well as a second email from which you can follow the status of your order.
Track the route of your package
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email that will allow you to track your delivery with the carrier’s tracking number.
Follow the route of your pallet
When your order is ready and the delivery date is set, you will receive an email with the delivery date of your order. If you want a specific delivery date, you can also request that.
Also make sure that the delivery team has safe access to your home, including adequate parking space, and that all obstacles, passageways and interior spaces have been cleared. If the delivery team cannot cross the passage safely, delivery cannot take place. In this case, charges for a second delivery attempt will apply.
Confirm receipt of your order
Make sure that all of the items listed on the delivery slip have been delivered before the delivery team leaves the premises.
Notify the team if an item is missing from your order, then indicate the missing item on the delivery slip and immediately contact Plancher Laurentides customer service.
